5. Appointment & Cancellation
- Appointments can be scheduled via phone, email, or in person.
- Delays may occur due to unforeseen technical or supply issues.
- Customers are requested to notify us in advance for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
6. Spare Parts & Warranty
- We use genuine or high-quality compatible spare parts unless otherwise requested by the customer.
- Warranty, if applicable, is subject to manufacturer or supplier terms.
- Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.
7. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must:
- Provide accurate vehicle and contact information
- Inform us of any known vehicle issues or previous modifications
- Collect vehicles within the agreed time after service completion
Car Repair BD will not be responsible for delays caused by incomplete or incorrect information.
8. Limitation of Liability
- Car Repair BD shall not be held liable for pre-existing vehicle conditions.
- We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages beyond the service provided.
- Personal belongings left inside vehicles are the customer’s responsibility.
9. Delays & Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for service delays caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, supply shortages, or technical failures.
10. Privacy
Customer data is collected and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We respect your privacy and take reasonable measures to protect personal information.
